I have received a number of awards in the past for my craft work and have also taught arts and crafts for a number of years in a large craft company. I have been designing a diverse range of personalised items for more than two decades. I have been producing my products in Australia for the last 10 years, making specialty orders for many companies throughout Australia, and have now decided to expand and share my designs with the world. All items are made in a smoke free environment.

Refund Policy
If you are less than satisfied with your purchase please contact us via our email – nchantedgifts@outlook.com or using the contact us button on the bottom of each page.
Returned items
Buyer will be responsible for shipping, I will refund the full purchase price of item. Refund cannot be issued until the item is received back to Nchanted Gifts in original condition.
